YOUR SEASON STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE.

Your saved edition IDs are stored in your browser’s local storage. They don’t require an account and don’t sync across devices. You can remove individual editions or clear your season. Opening the saved season sends the selected IDs to the application so it can show their current details.

WHEN YOU CONTRIBUTE.

We store the event name, official source URL, suggested information, submission time, and any optional contact email you provide. These are available to the editor for review. Your email is not published and is used only to follow up about the contribution.

Do not include private rider information. Reviewed contributions and contact details are scheduled for deletion after 12 months; pending items remain available for review.

ESSENTIAL OPERATION.

We use essential cookies for form security and editorial sign-in. The application does not include advertising trackers or analytics. A short-lived keyed hash of the connection address limits form spam; the application deletes expired throttle records during subsequent submissions and scheduled maintenance.

Hosting providers may keep operational access logs. If live map tiles are configured, using the map sends requests to that provider, including your connection address. The initial outline map is served locally.

CONTACT AND REMOVAL.

To request removal of a contribution or contact detail, use the contribution form and identify the submission without repeating sensitive data. The operator’s direct contact details will be added before public launch.
