The mark says you told us the facts were right on that date. It is not an endorsement or a rating.
QUESTIONS
How long does the mark last?
There is no expiry. It goes when you withdraw it or when the date, distance, climbing or entry status changes. Once the race starts, it stays on that edition’s own page and leaves lists, cards, the filter and the “Recently confirmed” section.
What if something changes?
The mark comes off until you confirm again. Your private page shows what changed.
Are fixes still checked?
Yes. Any fix you suggest is checked against your website before it replaces what is shown. If every fact is right, no review is needed.
What do you store?
The date, which facts you marked, any text you suggest and the address the link went to. The address is removed 30 days after your link or confirmation ends. See Privacy.
